Instructions

1. Wash the cherries and remove the stalk. Put the rock candy, cherries and spices in layers in a large, sealable container. Close everything and let it sit for at least 3 weeks.
2. Fits very well on the terrace in summer when ice-cold for two, or heated on the stove in winter and spread over the pancake. Definitely something for a successful evening for two
