Prepare products according to the recipe for cooking beef schnitzel (rump steak).
Cut the meat into 2 cm thick pieces.
Rub the chopped rump steaks with salt and ground red pepper.
Dip in vegetable oil, put in some dish, close and leave in it for an hour.
Grease a roasting tray or frying pan with vegetable oil. Then warm up a baking sheet or frying pan greased with vegetable oil, fry the rump steaks on both sides until medium brown. First, fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes on one side.
And then another 2-3 minutes on the other.
Beef rump steak (or schnitzel) is ready. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
