Rump Steak (Beef Schnitzel) Instructions

  1. Prepare products according to the recipe for cooking beef schnitzel (rump steak).
  2. Cut the meat into 2 cm thick pieces.

  5. Grease a roasting tray or frying pan with vegetable oil. Then warm up a baking sheet or frying pan greased with vegetable oil, fry the rump steaks on both sides until medium brown. First, fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes on one side.
