Peel the carrots and grate them into fine sticks in the food processor (of course, grating by hand takes a little longer). Then put in a salad bowl.
Chop up the walnuts, a mortar or rolling pin is recommended here. After chopping, add the walnuts to the carrots. Peel the garlic cloves, press them finely and add to the remaining ingredients.
Add the salad cream to the bowl and mix everything together. Place in the fridge for about 1 hour so that the salad can develop its flavor.
