Ingredients
- 1 kg carrot (s)
- 1 glass salad cream (Miracle Whip Balance)
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 1 handful walnuts, chopped (small pieces may be)

- Peel the carrots and grate them into fine sticks in the food processor (of course, grating by hand takes a little longer). Then put in a salad bowl.
- Chop up the walnuts, a mortar or rolling pin is recommended here. After chopping, add the walnuts to the carrots. Peel the garlic cloves, press them finely and add to the remaining ingredients.
- Add the salad cream to the bowl and mix everything together. Place in the fridge for about 1 hour so that the salad can develop its flavor.
- Great for grilling.
