Ingredients
- 100 g basmati rice
- 0.5 can ½ corn
- 200 g surimi sticks
- 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
- 3 egg (s)
- mayonnaise
- salt

- Boil the rice and eggs and then let them cool down a little. Meanwhile, cut the spring onions into thin rings. Halve the surimi sticks lengthways and dice. Peel and finely chop the cooled eggs. Then mix all the ingredients together. Salt to taste, add the mayonnaise and serve cold.
