Ingredients
- 500 g cheese, (Gouda)
- 5 cloves garlic, to taste
- 400 g mayonnaise, at least 80%
- 1 bunch dill
- Pepper, black
- croutons

- Grate cheese, press garlic.
- Mix the mayonnaise, garlic and pepper, then fold into the cheese.
- The mass must not become too creamy, consistency smearable.
- Transfer to a shallow bowl and cover with plenty of chopped dill.
- Let it steep for a day. Salting is not necessary.
- Serve with croutinos as desired, with fresh baguette or as a side dish to vodka evenings.
- Important: The quality rises or falls with the Majo variety, so it`s best to make homemade.
