Ingredients
- 100 g lass noodles
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 large carrot (s)
- 2 turkey schnitzel or chicken breast
- Maggi
- some salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste

- Cut the bell pepper, carrot and turkey escalope into small cubes. Fry the turkey schnitzel in a little oil and season with a little salt, pepper and tomato paste. Add the carrots and peppers and fry with them.
- In the meantime, cook the glass noodles according to the packaging.
- Now mix all the ingredients together. Now season the salad as you like with Maggi.
