Ingredients
- 500 g cooked ham
- 500 g potato (s)
- 200 g peas
- 200 g carrot (s)
- 200 g pickles
- 4 egg (s)
- 700 g mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 2 tablespoon parsley, fresh chopped
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 pinches pepper, freshly ground
- paprika, cut into strips

- Cook the carrots, peas, potatoes and 4 eggs and let them cool. Cut everything into small cubes, do the same with the boiled ham and the pickles.
- Mix all ingredients with the mayonnaise.
- Arrange the Russian salad in a nice bowl and decorate with strips of paprika.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
