Ingredients

  • 2 pomegranates
  • 1 beetroot, cooked
  • 4 egg (s), boiled
  • 4 potato (s), boiled
  • 500 g mayonnaise
  • 150 g chicken, cooked

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat, potatoes, beetroot and eggs into small cubes.
  2. Place a cylindrical shape in the middle of a plate. Layer the ingredients around the pan and smear them with mayonnaise - potatoes, chicken, beetroot and eggs. Smear the rest of the mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
  3. Layer 50 g of chopped pine nuts if necessary.
  4. Remove the cylinder shape before serving.
