Instructions

  1. For the crumble dough, crumble 500 g flour, 1 packet of baking powder, 200 g butter, 200 g sugar, 2 eggs, 50 g cocoa with both hands.
  2. For the filling, mix 125 g butter, 125 g sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, 3 eggs, lemon juice, 1/2 sachet pudding powder, 500 g quark with a mixer.
  3. Put half of the crumble dough in a greased springform pan, press down a little on the edge. Pour abundance on top. Sprinkle thick with sprinkles.
  4. Baking time approx. 60 minutes at 200 degrees (please check from time to time!)
