- Cut the onions into half rings, mix with the salt in a bowl and let rest. Meanwhile, cut the meat into cubes.
- Add the meat to the onions, then add the coriander, pepper and paprika, mix well and let rest for 1 hour. Stir 4 times in the meantime.
