Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Knead the dough vigorously, but not too tightly, it still has to stick a little. If possible, let it rest in the refrigerator for several hours.
  2. Then roll out about 0.5 cm thick and cut into diamond-shaped pieces. Slit open the middle and pull the end through the slit. Fry in plenty of hot oil in a deep pan.
  3. Tastes best with homemade jam.
