Instructions

  1. Soak the bun in water.
  2. Cut the bacon into thin strips, finely chop the onion. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Add the onion and the well-squeezed bun and mix everything well. Then add the bacon strips and mix in well. If the meat mixture is not yet of a good consistency, just add a few breadcrumbs. Season well with salt and pepper.

  5. I serve bread dumplings and a pepper sauce with it. As a side dish I add onion mushrooms (in my recipe).
