Roast the chia seeds briefly in a pan without fat, the seeds then taste slightly nutty.
Mix the flour with baking powder, roasted chia seeds and salt. Mix in the egg, honey and yoghurt.
This makes a soft, sticky batter. Then spread this with a diameter of approx. 20 cm on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with a little water and sprinkle some chia seeds, optionally also black cumin and / or sesame.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for about 20 minutes
The flatbread can be excellently filled with gyros, feta and coleslaw, but it also tastes delicious as a side dish for grilling or with a salad.
