Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard for 10 minutes. Then quench well, peel and cut into any pieces. Then mix the cucumber water, mayonnaise, mustard, chives, onion, pepper and salt in a large bowl. Fold in the cold eggs and season to taste. Cover and leave to stand in the refrigerator for an hour. Stir every now and then and serve.
