- 10 egg (s)
- 1 handful chives
- 0.5 ½ thick vegetable onion (s)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper, more colorful
- 180 ml salad mayonnaise
- 120 ml cucumber water
- 2 tablespoon, heaped mustard

- Boil the eggs hard for 10 minutes. Then quench well, peel and cut into any pieces. Then mix the cucumber water, mayonnaise, mustard, chives, onion, pepper and salt in a large bowl. Fold in the cold eggs and season to taste. Cover and leave to stand in the refrigerator for an hour. Stir every now and then and serve.
