  • 3 bunches chives, (Saarland bunch, these are about 4 times as thick as in other federal states)
  • 8 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 6 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 125 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Wash the chives & cut into rolls approx. 1/2 cm long. Dice or slice the hard-boiled eggs. Mix with the chives. Make a salad dressing from the other ingredients & add. Mix well. Tastes delicious with fried potatoes.
