Ingredients
- 3 bunches chives, (Saarland bunch, these are about 4 times as thick as in other federal states)
- 8 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 1 onion (s)
- 6 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon water
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 125 ml cream

- Wash the chives & cut into rolls approx. 1/2 cm long. Dice or slice the hard-boiled eggs. Mix with the chives. Make a salad dressing from the other ingredients & add. Mix well. Tastes delicious with fried potatoes.
