Put the flour in a bowl and make a well. Crumble the yeast in the well. Add sugar, salt, olive oil and water and knead everything with the dough hook until you have a soft, supple dough. Let it rest for 1 hour until it has really risen nicely.
Weigh out portions of approx. 120 g and roll out approx. 0.5 cm thick. Heat a 26 mm pan well and bake the dough in the pan without adding any fat for about 1 minute on both sides. If you`re lucky, you`ll see a little surprise.
