Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente. Heat olive oil in a wok, chillies, sun-drenched. Braise the tomatoes and garlic. Add the spinach, let it collapse and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, lemon zest and pepper. Mix thoroughly the drained spaghetti and spinach. Sprinkle with sheep cheese before serving.
