• 250 ml orange juice
• 3 chilli pepper (s) (Habanero Chilis), chopped
• 120 g honey
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients (salt) in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer gently over a low fire for 15-20 minutes while stirring. Season with salt and remove from the fire.
2. The sauce goes well with roasted or grilled meat and poultry.
