Ingredients
- 250 ml orange juice
- 3 chilli pepper (s) (Habanero Chilis), chopped
- 120 g honey
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

- Put all ingredients (salt) in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer gently over a low fire for 15-20 minutes while stirring. Season with salt and remove from the fire.
- The sauce goes well with roasted or grilled meat and poultry.
