- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco
- Pinch (s) salt and pepper

- Mix the white wine vinegar with the olive oil, salt and pepper and add sugar to taste. Season with Tabasco depending on the degree of spiciness you want. Add the chopped parsley and stir.
- Goes well with paprika salads.
