Salad Appetizer “Royal Roll” Instructions

  1. Grind pre-cooked, chilled and peeled vegetables with a grater. Do the same with boiled eggs.
  2. Cut the red fish into slices.
  3. Spread out parchment paper and lay the layered carrot, potato and egg salad on top of it, lightly brushing each layer with mayonnaise (or sour cream).
  4. At the end, add the red fish slices and gently roll the fish salad into a roll.
