The dressing described below is best suited for a mixed salad made of, for example, lettuce (romaine, oak leaf, lollo rosso), cucumber, peppers and tomatoes.
Peel and finely dice the onion and place in a small bowl to stir. Peel and squeeze the garlic clove. Add the vinegar, milk, mustard and horseradish. Mix the whole thing well with a small whisk. Season to taste with a pinch of sugar, a little salt and pepper (be careful with the salt, the mustard is also very seasoning). Then add the olive oil and stir well again. If necessary, add a little milk or water.
A delicious dressing for a summer salad is already ready.
Tip: You can also go with well-diced sheep`s cheese, which is added to the salad.
