Peel the carrots, wash the zucchini and cut off the ends, then grate everything. Mix the ingredients for the dressing, mix with the carrots and zucchini and let steep a little.
Separate the leaves from the lettuce, wash and drain, then drape the zucchini and carrot salad on top.
