Ingredients

  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 romaine lettuce

For the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Worcester sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled broth, instant
  • some salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots, wash the zucchini and cut off the ends, then grate everything. Mix the ingredients for the dressing, mix with the carrots and zucchini and let steep a little.
  2. Separate the leaves from the lettuce, wash and drain, then drape the zucchini and carrot salad on top.
  3. A delicious eye-catcher at every barbecue party, low carb, vegetarian, something different and just delicious.
