- 1 egg yolk, hard-boiled
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oil
- some salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 small onion (s), finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon herbs, chopped such as parsley, chives, chervil, tarragon
