Ingredients
- 2 medium onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 1 dl apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 dl ½ balsamic vinegar, white
- some salt and pepper
- 0.5 dl ½ olive oil
- 0.5 dl ½ pumpkin seed oil
- 1 dl cream
- 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard, Dijon
- 2 teaspoon, heaped sugar

- Mix the onions, garlic and herbs with the two types of vinegar and salt well. Let something go.
- Mix in the two oils well, carefully stir in the cream.
- Mix the whole thing very well, otherwise it will look like it`s divorced. Finally stir in the mustard and sugar. Season with a little pepper.
- Arrange the salad on plates and pour the salad sauce over them.
