Ingredients
- 100 ml pumpkin seed oil
- 50 ml apple cider vinegar
- Lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard
- 1 tablespoon herbs, fresh
- 1 small onion (s)
- salt and pepper

- Finely chop the onion and herbs. Mix the oil with the vinegar, add the mustard, lemon juice and the chopped herbs & onions. Season with a little salt and pepper
- Shake or mix well.
- The dressing is ideal for all leaf salads as well as potato salad.
