Ingredients
- 2 shallot (s) or small onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoon crème fraîche or sour cream
- 3 tablespoon cottage cheese (grained cream cheese)
- 3 tablespoon oil (pumpkin seed oil)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

- Chop the shallots and garlic into small cubes. Mix with the creme fraiche, cottage cheese and pumpkin seed oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Lightly roast the pumpkin seeds and fold in.
- Tastes best with fresh bread, but also as a dip, e.g. also with jacket potatoes.
