Ingredients
- 1 pck. Double cream cheese, natural
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 bunch chives, cut into rolls
- 3 clove (s) garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil, Styrian
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, (roasted)
- Salt, (fleur de sel)
- Pepper, black

- Mix the cheese and créme fraîche with the oil carefully,
- Mix in the chives and garlic.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Before serving, season with fleur de sel and freshly ground black pepper and sprinkle with the (roasted) pumpkin seeds.
