Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), small, waxy ones
  • 50 g bacon, streaky
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 piece (s) cucumber (approx. /3)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, old man
  • 2 tablespoon oil (pumpkin seed oil)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 ½ cup water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix lemon juice with water and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Salt, pepper and stir together. Then add olive and pumpkin seed oil. Clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Cut the cucumber into small pieces. Add both.
  2. Leave the bacon in a pan at the lowest temperature. Peel and boil the potatoes and slice them while they are still warm. Fold into the marinade. Pour the melted bacon on top and stir. Serve immediately.
  3. Tip: The salad with jacket potatoes is even better.
