  • 800 g asparaus
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 dash balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the peeled asparagus into pieces and fry lightly brown in the hot oil, turning regularly. Depending on the thickness of the asparagus stalks, it can take 10-15 minutes to cook in the pan.
  2. Salt and pepper, deglaze with balsamic vinegar and bring to the boil briefly once. Serve lukewarm or cold.
  3. Also goes well with green asparagus, which has the advantage that it hardly needs to be peeled.
  4. Also a light main course with green or mixed salad, combined with seafood.
