Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 dash pumpkin seed oil
- 1 dash balsamic vinegar, dark

- Mix sugar with lemon juice. Then add pumpkin seed oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix well until the sugar dissolves and the dressing has a creamy consistency.
- The dressing tastes best with lamb`s lettuce (bird`s lettuce) or rocket, because the oil emphasizes the nutty note of the salad. I like to add pieces of pear to the lamb`s lettuce.
