Instructions

Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
In the meantime, cut or slice the cucumber, carrots and apple into small strips.
Cut the spring onions into thin slices. Put all ingredients together with the salad cream and yoghurt in a bowl and stir. Add the noodles while they are still warm and mix everything together.
Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
