Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg potato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 500 g salad (meat salad)
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ apple, sour (e.g. Granny Smith)
  • 2 cucumber (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel them and let them cool down. Peel the cucumber and cut it into small cubes, as well as the onion, apple and pickles. Cut the potatoes into about 4 mm thick slices and place in a large bowl that can later be closed with a lid.
  2. Add the cubes and the meat salad. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper. Add enough milk until it has a slightly creamy consistency. Seal the bowl and let it stand in the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Just before eating, season again with salt, pepper and milk. Tastes perfect for grilling.
