  • 6 pickled cucumber (s), finely chopped

  • 1 tube mayonnaise
  • 5 tablespoon cucumber liquid
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well and let steep for 2 hours.
  2. This is an authentic recipe of the salad, which is beloved in Russia and the CIS countries and traditionally prepared for New Year`s Eve.
  3. For a nice color you can add a boiled carrot. Beef can also be replaced with meat or poultry sausage.
