Ingredients

300 g beef, cooked, cut into small pieces
3 large potatoes, cooked, cut into cubes
4 hard-boiled egg (s), cut into cubes
6 pickled cucumber (s), finely chopped
1 can peas
1 tube mayonnaise
5 tablespoon cucumber liquid
salt and pepper

Instructions

Mix all ingredients well and let steep for 2 hours.
This is an authentic recipe of the salad, which is beloved in Russia and the CIS countries and traditionally prepared for New Year`s Eve.
For a nice color you can add a boiled carrot. Beef can also be replaced with meat or poultry sausage.
