A simple and delicious salad for the festive table. This wonderful salad is best served with white nutmeg wine.

Ingredients

  • Fresh or thawed squids – 1 kg
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 3 pcs.
  • Crab sticks – 1 pack (240 g)
  • Mayonnaise – 1 can

Directions

  1. Products according to the list for the recipe for the “Feast of Neptune” salad.
  2. Boil hard-boiled eggs over medium heat (10 minutes after boiling). Refrigerate.
  3. Boil 3 liters of water. Salt. Place the squid carcasses in boiling water. Boil squid carcasses in salted water for 2 minutes.
  4. Cool the squid, peel it off, cut into strips or cut into medium-sized pieces.
  5. Peel the onion, wash, chop into half rings and rinse in several glasses of water to remove all the bitterness.
  6. Coarsely chop or chop the crab sticks.
  7. Peel and chop the eggs.
  8. Place all ingredients in a salad bowl.
  9. Mix all ingredients and season with mayonnaise.
  10. The Neptune Celebration salad is ready.
