Unusual Festive Meat Salad

I offer my own recipe for a festive meat salad with nuts. I called it festive because grapes, nuts and romaine lettuce are not very everyday food, but on a holiday you can pamper your family and, of course, yourself.
Ingredients
- Fresh meat (turkey, chicken) – 400 g
- or fried / boiled meat – 250 g
- Grapes (unsweetened) – 200 g
- Celery root – 250 g
- Onions – 100 g
- Roman salad (romaine) – 150 g
- Walnuts – 60 g
- Mayonnaise – 100 g
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Prepare products for salad with meat, grapes and nuts.
- Finely chop the onion and fry in hot oil.
- Cut the meat (I have a turkey, you can take chicken) into thin strips.
- Add the meat to the onion and fry on high heat until the color changes. Then add a little salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for another 3-4 minutes, until tender.
- Peel the celery and grate it on a coarse grater.
- Cut the grapes into 2-4 pieces and remove the seeds.
- Tear or chop the lettuce leaves.
- Chop the nuts (the degree of chopping is to your taste).
- Mix all the products in a salad bowl and season with mayonnaise. Taste and add pepper and salt if necessary.
- Unusual meat salad with grapes and nuts is ready. The salad can be placed in a serving ring and garnished with vegetables.
