Instructions

  1. Clean the lettuce and spread the leaves on a salad plate.
  2. Clean the peppers and cut into strips. Clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel and slice the cucumber. Wash the corn and drain well. Arrange the different vegetables on the salad.
  3. Mix the yoghurt, crème fraiche and milk. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chives. Serve as a dressing with the salad plate.
