• 50 ml sweet cream
• 1 tablespoon pastis
• 1 small orange (s), add the juice

• 0.5 teaspoon ½ sea salt
• some black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

1. Crush the fennel seeds and salt in a mortar. Put orange juice, cream, fennel salt mixture and sugar in a bowl and stir until the sugar and salt dissolve.
2. Briefly stir in vinegar, pastis and caraway seeds, season with pepper.
