- Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips and the spring onions into rings.
- Crumble the pasta into small pieces. Roast the almonds, sesame seeds and pasta in a pan. (The pasta does not have to be pre-cooked!)
- Bring the soy sauce, sugar and vinegar to the boil. Then let it cool down.
- After cooling, mix everything just before serving.
