Ingredients
- 1 Chinese cabbage, cut into small pieces
- 1 bunch spring onion (s), cut into small pieces
- 100 g almond (s), rouhly chopped
- 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 130 g Mie noodles, Chinese (instant noodles!)
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 0.5 ½ cup sugar
- 0.5 ½ cup vinegar, 5% acid
- 0.5 ½ cup olive oil

- Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips and the spring onions into rings.
- Crumble the pasta into small pieces. Roast the almonds, sesame seeds and pasta in a pan. (The pasta does not have to be pre-cooked!)
- Bring the soy sauce, sugar and vinegar to the boil. Then let it cool down.
- After cooling, mix everything just before serving.
