Ingredients
- 400 g oatmeal
- 120 g sunflower seeds
- 100 g sesame seeds
- 175 g apple compote
- 120 g syrup (brown rice syrup) or honey
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 100 g suar, brown
- 200 g almond (s) or nuts your choice, possibly chopped
- 200 g raisins
- 2 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Put all ingredients except the raisins on a baking sheet and mix well. Bake in the oven at about 170 degrees for about 40 minutes, until the muesli is light brown. Stir again and again in between!
- Let cool and add the raisins. Close airtight. It also tastes great as a nibble in between.
