Ingredients
- 300 g oatmeal
- 50 g pine nuts
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 50 g almond (s), chopped
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 4 pinches cinnamon
- 4 tablespoon clarified butter
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 150 g apricot (s), dried, finely chopped
- g 1,500 yourt or 1.5 l milk

- Mix all the flakes, kernels and nuts in a bowl. Heat the clarified butter and honey in a large pan. Add the muesli mixture and roast over a medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Take out of the pan and let cool down. Mix with the apricots. Serve muesli with yogurt or milk. Also good as a snack in between. Since the mass is very sticky, it can also be shaped into a bar before cooling. The perfect and healthy snack for the children or at work.
