Ingredients

  • 250 g nut butter (hazelnut butter), 100%, alternatively: almond butter, white, or cashew butter, 100%
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder (bourbon vanilla powder) or a vanilla pod
  • 40 g cocoa powder, heavily de-oiled
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 160 ml hazelnut milk (hazelnut drink), alternatively: almond milk (almond drink) or cashew milk (cashew drink)
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup, alternatively: birch sugar or date syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until you get a spreadable mixture. For a more fluid consistency, you can add a little more nut milk if necessary. If necessary, sweeten the do-it-yourself Nutella with more maple syrup or use sugar alternatives such as birch sugar or date syrup.
  2. Pour the homemade nut cream into a resealable jar and keep it airtight and refrigerated. The DIY Nutella will keep in the refrigerator for about 7 days.
