Ingredients
- 150 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 250 g flour
- 1 cup coffee, stronger
- 1 packet cream powder (vanilla buttercream)
For the sprinkles:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g suar
- 200 g nuts
- 100 g cake icin (chocolate), to drizzle over

- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat the butter and sugar until foamy, add the eggs, vanilla sugar and cocoa. Mix and add the flour and baking powder, stir in the coffee as well.
- Spread the dough on the baking sheet and bake at 150 - 170 ° C for 30 minutes.
- Make the buttercream according to the instructions on the package and spread it on the cooled cake.
- Rub butter, sugar and nuts together and make crumble, distribute evenly on the buttercream. Then drizzle with chocolate icing.
