Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain the corn and kidney beans. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings. Clean the lettuce and cut it into fine strips.
  2. For the marinade, beat together the lemon juice and oil. Season with salt, chilli, honey and sambal oelek.
  3. Finally, mix the corn, kidney beans, onions, lettuce and marinade.
