- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 medium onion (s)
- 1 head lettuce
- 5 tablespoon lemon juice
- 5 tablespoon oil
- salt
- Chilli, dried
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch (s) Sambal Oelek

- Rinse and drain the corn and kidney beans. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings. Clean the lettuce and cut it into fine strips.
- For the marinade, beat together the lemon juice and oil. Season with salt, chilli, honey and sambal oelek.
- Finally, mix the corn, kidney beans, onions, lettuce and marinade.
