Ingredients
- 3 small Can (s) kidney beans, 400 grams each
- 1 can corn
- 1 large onion (s), red, finely diced
- 4 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 75 ml balsamic vinegar
- 75 ml extra virgin olive oil
- Black pepper from the mill
- salt

- Pour the beans and corn into a colander and drain.
- Mix the other ingredients into a dressing and put everything in a large bowl and mix, season with salt and pepper again and let it steep for at least 2 hours.
- This salad goes well with grilled meats and steaks of all kinds.
